Any company who has to use their MTs in this manner should not be in business. I understand having to staff your accounts, but having people constantly move to different accounts and different platforms is just ridiculous. They are not worried about our success or retaining anyone. We need consistent work on just a couple of accounts ON THE SAME PLATFORM. Familiarity goes a long way toward that ridiculous line requirement with only 10% to QA. They want a warm body to move where they need it at any time, working 2 platforms a day. That is insane. I would almost call it wage theft.
