a job as MT anymore in any way, shape, or even different form. Prob in less than 10 years. If it is around in 10 years, all the good MTs with skills will have either retired or been driven away to something better...finally....and who will be left will be unskilled people who won't know what they are doing, will compromise patient safety in the real sense....and will be paid minimum wage and like it.
