I never sleep on a Sunday night knowing that I have to face the nasty N on Monday morning. I toss and turn all night and have continuous ruminations throughout the night wondering this or that. The same happens during the rest of the week. By Thursday or Friday, I take an OTC Benadryl to get a decent night's sleep.
