It's make the count or die on PM. I am sure I will be threatened for my sub 165 lph this pay period. Every time I get a report from a particular account we are assisting in meeting TAT, my lph plummets. Nothing but foreigners with heavy accents who can't speak decent English or form a coherent sentence, change their minds a lot, along with horrible audio. And yet......it's OUR?? fault!
