Not sure if you have a combination product but...

If you have a Windows computer, Microsoft Security Essentials (free subscription for Windows computers and recommended by help desk at in-house job) in combination with Malwarebytes works well. Would highly recommend a paid version of Malwarebytes, even though there is a free version. Check with local computer shops to see if they can get you a license cheaper than it is offered for online through the vendor. Malwarebytes offers real-time protection against known bad websites and will block access if you attempt to connect with one (with the paid version, not sure about free version). Both programs are fairly easy to use and maintain.

***A word of caution here...if you decide to go ahead and buy online, buy your license ONLY from the vendor's site. Some, if not most, of the time there can be hitch hikers attached to your download.***

There are other choices, but do not recommend McAfee or Norton as they use a large amount of resources when running or updating and slow you down. Sometimes you just have to try a product (and most have a free trial period) and see what works for you. Hope this helps.
