I always send an email to the company and tell them that with my 26 years experience any brick and mortar job app would laugh at it. They expect me to start at less than what I make now? With all my years experience and THEY want that much experience for that pay??? Nope, not doing it. I tell them it is an insult to my experience and knowledge. They want all that from an MT but not willing to pay for it. Never will I work for that.
