I agree about trying iScribes. I have been with them almost a year and I love it. I left traditional transcription and have not looked back. I have 16 years experience in the field and now like my job again. Hours are flexible, pay is ok (approximately $10/hr flat hourly pay). The training is great, the people are great to work for. The only downside is there is no benefits package at all. There is plenty of work most of the time, you get assigned a specific provider, so no bouncing around. The pay is not spectacular, but it is a nice reprieve from MT world and the dreaded big companies that suck the life right out of you.
