I remember when I had worked for MD-IT for years and then we get this big e-mail and I knew, I just knew what it meant. I knew that VR was coming in and I knew what it would do to our pay. I had worked all kinds of Sunday afternoons to keep up precious TAT for one account I had, all to get "kicked in teeth" as mentioned above with cheap pay and promises and when I didn't want to accept it they let me go day after Christmas.
