Do you they have a standard contract? What about line count requirement? If you cannot make the 24,000 as an employee, how can you make it as an IC? Is there a limited number of days you can take off? What about holidays? If there is no work on a holiday, do you just log off? Do you have to make up work? Making up an entire day and a half is hard to do when they do not supply the work. Can you take off all the holidays? Are they supplying you enough work within the hours specified? If not, can you work outside your hours to get more work? How do you keep track of your hours worked if you do not punch in and out?
Thanks a bunch for your help. I have a feeling a lot of us are going to need it.
