The version I use learns really fast. So if the ppl you work with are consistent as time goes by you take in lines faster and faster. For straight typing you can use templates, macros, expander as well. I like the way SR learns so quickly. But that may also depend on the employer and coworkers, version of the software, etc. lots of factors. I hear the company you are starting with is pretty good and fair so I'd say you will have a pretty good chance at doing well.
