One particular account would go out of turn-around-time over the weekend. TSM gave the word for anyone to jump on and work anytime with no permission needed and 'overtime' was approved.
Now that account is consistently OOW every weekend. Thanks a lot TSM for okaying everyone to come and work during my shift.
TAT is the ultimate goal. Pretty sure there are bonuses attached to it for TSMs.
