I started looking a month or so ago to get away from this horrible place and I found another position, which sounds much like yours. When I was offered the position, I was a bit hesitant to quit and just take that job, but I did. No notice, no email, no nothing. Just went to the other job. I finally got an email and I just said, buh-bye!
Anything, any place is better than Nuance. Start looking gals, there are jobs out there and you will be free of all this junk and torture.
