I have been on accounts that allow no blanks at all, so any report with a blank was pended to NTS.

In the past, there was a new account differential but it only applied if you were put on a new primary. New secondary accounts never warranted any break in period. The new account differential for primaries was eliminated when they instituted the pay-grid last year.
