New Account - Moose

I was moved to a new account last week and my new TSM told me that I would be on non-DSP status, but it wouldn't affect my QC score, because it was HER requirement, not the company, yet, on WebClock, my percentage for last week was 38% and, of course, my pay 0.07. When I asked her about it, she said my paycheck would still be as if my percentage was less than 5%. On ADP, the paycheck coming on Friday still says I'm getting paid 0.07 for last week. Does anyone have experience with something like this?
