That is very unlikely to happen. Congress (Republican controlled) would have to vote on this and they are in the pockets of their corporate bosses. I think the proposed taxes were on goods, not services. I think Trump is backing off on starting trade wars. I don't think he realizes that manufacturing has been taken over by automation.
