This industry has been wonderful in the past for those workers who needed to work from home, especially those who are primary caregivers. Now that big corporations have discovered they drive down wages by offshoring jobs, they are preying upon those same people. I am trapped in this job and my company MModal seems to me to be the most unethical company in the U.S. when it comes to the treatment of its workers. How do I get retraining and find another job from home so I can escape this sweatshop minimum-wage environment.
