I agree with your post. I have 45+ years experience and think we should be paid for experience. We do get stuck with all the crappy accounts, the terrible ESLs, etc., and the newbies get the easy ones. Three cents a line is horrible and pretty soon we will have to pay the MTSOs if we want to work for them. Nothing like making tons of money off of us while they rake in the profits. We do this work to make a living, not do volunteer work. The VR is the worst thing to come along and if they think it is so great, just send those reports through without any of us to fix them. They expect perfection from us but are not willing to pay for it.
