What she is asking is are there any companies that will accept satellite internet, which a lot of employers will not accept (due to its lag time and susceptibility to weather conditions, they consider it unreliable to provide fast, consistent service or not as secure).
Satellite internet is considered wireless since it it does not have a direct wire from the origin of signal (say cable company HQ) to home like you would have with landline/DSL/cable. Hope to clears things up.
