I was wondering about the audits. I had one manager who sent an audit every single day for the group performance, and if you were audited you could see your ID, you know. Then, I had a manager that I have not received one QA report from. Can anyone tell me what is typical for the audit and their frequency. I'm confused. Why would one send them daily and another not one? Stressed.
