Only a small group was moved to DM. I have talked to her and most of the accounts in her group are on Mountain time and they upload more in the afternoon (per her). So I guess if you are starting early in the morning Eastern time, you may get NJA more often. I've never been an early morning person, so that will never be me. I have also noticed her emails are mostly just a backlog in the morning. And you won't hear anything on weekends. If you need to communicate, call in the morning. She seems nice, but KP fooled me when I first worked under her, so I'm not deciding yet.
