There will always be people disliking posts. The dislikes are almost a form of censorship, and it bothers me. Some of my situation is similar to yours, some different, and I am not a top performer or even close really, but I learn a lot from you and you help remind me more may be possible, and from others here, more similar to me, I feel less alone. There is room for all. But there is no room for just plain mean. Just ignore.
