I know I love psych and I tried to work there but I never saw so much paperwork at the start in my life, plus as above the speech recognition and dictators were not very good. So I didn't last very long at all. I think these companies should have you try out the job first, so you and they don't waste time on paperwork, just have you sign a confidentiality and W-9 and let it go just to see if it will work.
