Well, as of today I am off of Performance Review, and I have met the requirements! But I have been told essentially that she is still going to be keeping an eye on me and if I go below in any of the three arenas (productivity, accuracy, or percentage sent for review) they will escalate the process to a PAP (can somebody remind me what that stands for, I only know it's the next escalation after Performance Review).
