I believe it is supposed to be paid out in 2 installments, the first if you are still employed by 01/16 and the 2nd if you are still employed by 02/16. I'm not sure when the pay-out for those dates was to occur, but I believe it is the following pay day, so for 01/16, pay day in 2 weeks from tomorrow. But not sure. The bonus was quoted as being $750 x 2 for full-time and $375 x 2 for part-time.
