I know with the recent transition of 2 accounts on my own team, the MTs were not offered the opportunity to go with the partner, and the other was offshored, so the only option was acute care if there was anything available.

The problem is that my TSM didn't appear to know if anything was really available. It just seemed to be a wait and see situation, which is horrible for anyone who's a breadwinner and needs to pay bills.

It seems to me if Nuance has no work available and you're in a constant OOW situation then unemployment will be an option. I don't see how they could deny UE if they do not have work available.

I wish Nuance would just be upfront about the plan so their employees could be prepared.

We're not all on Social Security and working part time here. For some of us, this is our main source of income.
