The most ever made was in-house at 25.00 an hour. For one large national I made 15 an hour and my responsibilities were typing stats, QA, QC, training, assigning work, updating account specifics, weekly percentage reports regarding errors, stats, etc., being available all hours for phone calls, questions, mentoring, etc. I left when I found out a person under me with one job only made 9 more an hour. I hadn't had a raise in 9 years.
