It seems to update itself every few minutes, but it does sometimes lag. I do usually wait until it updates to reflect 6 minutes, but if I've been waiting 6 minutes and it hasn't updated, I have been known to log off and just file the Remedy ticket based on the time I waited. No one has ever said anything.
