I have no idea how they figure out what goes where. HDSM states you get work that you are most proficient in, so probably.
Basically, the harder you work, the less you get paid. Yet, screw up enough on the bad dictators and the more money you make.
What airhead thought this made sense? Oh yeah, suits who have no idea what this job is like.
