Offshored, outsourced domestically, more MTs on account because accounts are being outsourced and offshored, account does own work sometimes, account moves to other vendor for transcription, account moves to EMR and no longer needs transcription.
Ambulatory accounts have been disappearing since the day Nuance bought out my company 2 years ago.
