How can this be a legal pay system if you are - producing work during the Posted: Dec 7th, 2016 - 9:24 am
week at a rate you think are assuming you are being paid and then a week later they come up with an error that removes anywhere from $100-300 from your prior assumed wages. There has got to be something wrong with this scenario, especially as employee status. I get the whole grid thing, but with the week behind in deciding to dock retroactive for an error has to be wrong on so many labor levels ? Has anyone ever checked into this? This might possibly make sense in a self employed or IC status (even possibly iffy here), but as an employee how can they tell you to work, but we'll let you know next week what we are paying you for that work completed.
