Before you even give notice, I cant stress again how important this is. You never know if you may need something out of an email, your audit scores, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING COPY IT NOW.
No matter that YOU are giving notice first, it is entirely possible you will get locked out immediately.
It was done to me.
DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE MTSOs, none of them, especially the terrible two.
Please. Dont delay. For your own peace of mind and protection, no matter what your situation or the reasons you are resigning.
