Thank you for posting this! I read it and copied it! I would say that 4 of those things fit MM to a T (#3-progressive discipline, #5-dictated hours, #7-formal performance management and #8-NO casual time).
Thanks again! I hope this will help someone who may be considering hiring on with the big MTSOs to RUN and find somewhere else to work!
