526.84 divided by 4 hours would be 131.71. You don't need any special calculator. Just use your line count from Fluency divided by the hours shown in teamwork.
I don't understand what you mean by they only look at your 4 hours from Saturday. All your lines and all your hours for the week would give you your lph for the entire week.
