that all EditScript accounts I've worked on were done flush left. No tabs. Numbered lists were the number with a period, then 2 spaces. Headings with a colon (:) then 2 spaces. No fancy formatting at all. You need to refer to CP (client profile) or your MTSO's general instructions about do's and don'ts or ask your supervisor. I've never had a need to set tabs (which would be set up in whatever version of Word you are using), and I don't think we are supposed to change the normal.dot file in ES.
