I think it will be fine until they take our accounts away. I won't have a problem meeting their production and quality requirements with the same great accounts I've been working on for 7 years but I think that as soon as they renegotiate contracts and start them on speech recognition and/or off shore them it's going to get rough. Right now 90% of the NEMT contracts say no off shoring and no speech recognition (or so they said at the initial info session) but I'm sure that will change as soon as the contracts get renegotiated.
