I appreciate the link you've provided. I attend Cuyahoga Community College through their online program. The whole medical transcription portion of my court reporting technology class is being covered for about three weeks. We're covering medical terms that we should drill on when it comes to typing, and my class is getting a small glimpse of what goes into being a medical transcriptionist. If people choose to become a scopist for a court reporter or decide to become a medical transcriptionist, they may do so after this course of study. I personally am going into the captioning field, but this assignment is just something that has to be done. Apologies if these questions the board has been receiving have been "suspicious" to you or anyone else, but I'm honestly just trying to get a project done. I didn't realize the amount of negativity (perhaps this isn't the right word here..) that would be surrounding this.
Anyway, thank you again for the link. It will come in handy.
