It seems that are so many MTs looking for work from just about every region of this country. So why do MTSOs not get MTs local to the area of the clinic they will be transcribing for. It takes so long to learn the doctors, street names, clinic names, etc from a town or even state that I am not familiar with which equals uncompensated time. I get on Craigslist frequently going through lots of towns throughout the country, and I never see these MTSOs (whether large, medium, or small size) posting a job ad. Instead they get on here or the other board looking for MTs from all over the place.
Am I missing something here???
