Still trying to get through my first job of the day. Fluency has locked up twice in a row for in-program internet search. Took forever for the Remedy site to come up and forever to get from page to page. It must be busy getting tickets. Yep, roll out a new version, and of course, it is buggy. Problem is, if you do internet searches outside of Fluency, it shows as inactive time, while in-program internet search does not.
