"The LPH calculation is consistent for both compensation and performance requirements. As we have employees producing both full typing and editing, it is important to address the difference between them. The company has determined that editing is 0.5 per line to have a consistent measurement that can apply for all calculations." However, I believe India MLS's receive CLPH for straight typing at 2 and SR at 1, though I have no idea if they are paid with the same grid-type system.
