I would keep looking for a straight typing job that pays 7 or 8 cents per line. Depending on my circumstance, I would look into entry level in a medical office or medical facility hoping to advance some more when I got in there hoping my medical knowledge would be good for something somewhere. But I would not do straight typing for 5 cents a line.
