I have a question for these MTSO's that have drastically cut our pay. Since you feel we need to roll with the punches and "accept" what is happening to the medical transcription industry, if you feel we need to be trained in other areas why are you not offering FREE training to do other things, such as coding, etc that was mentioned in the article. You stated the younger ones will stick with it, how about us seasoned MTs that have worked for you for years, have been dedicated employees, have gone beyond what was expected and given up personal time and family time, why are you not being as loyal and offer us free training and I don't mean cross train. Instead you lay us off, make us an IC, take away benefits and cut our pay while you get incentives to save the company money, make huge salaries, even incentive of a free car. How do you sleep at night?
