Just giving everyone a heads up to check PTO balances with Imedx. A while back it was talked about on here about production requirements not being met will affect PTO accrual. At the time the company hadn't made any changes but over the last 2-4 pay periods the company has been deducting PTO for production not met from when the policy went into affect, April 1. If you did not met production, they will deduct the PTO that you were to earn. If you think you should 40 hours right now, check again. The company didn't notify us that this was being done retroactive and will not tell you, you will just find out when you go to put in for time off. Again, just a heads up.
