I have always said that if they could get trained monkeys to do this job for a banana a day, they would. That's how I feel about this so-called "profession." We don't get paid to do anything other than put black marks on a screen. Everything else that we do is for free. They don't take that into consideration. We have to know everything for 3 cents a line? I think not.
