I am noticing that the phrases and words programmed into ASR that were not dictated do not show up highlighted when using the word highlighter. Very interesting...... Sorta an admission that the SR speech engine did not "hear" that phrase and spits it out because IT thinks that is the way it should be, that doctor's ALWAYS say these words and phrases together. Just another error-inducing "enhancement" to their bean brain created software.
