How do you transcribe "47 XY positive 21 C"? - SM for sentence

Patient is seen in followup for his leukopenia/neutropenia. His bone marrow aspiration biopsy showed leukopenia/neutropenia, but no dysplastic changes. Cytogenetics showed "47 XY positive 21 C" consistent with Down's syndrome.
