I left Nuance over two years ago. GREATEST decision I have ever made. This company has no soul. They will screw you to screw you and take every penny they can for their own corporate greed. If you are okay with making $8.00 an hour, having pride in your work completely eviscerated, then it's a great company (not). I would do a Bueller if I were an MT here and not show up for school:). Oh, and did I mention they hire fools to be Regional Operations Managers and TSM's with zero qualifications to lead. This place is a joke. Get out as soon as you can!
