Nah, Scruance will just farm it out to subcontractors who they have all lined up to go come 10/01, so CA's work will either go to India if the hospitals don't mind their PHI being sent overseas or a subcontractor who has hired ICs for peanuts to cover their new contract with Scruance. They will not miss CA employees at all and any and all other states that have fair labor laws and living wages. They have it covered.
