It was an incorrect English word. I was docked 3 points. My pay for last week went from the "usual" $500+ down to the low 300's. Yes, I was probably hurrying because I need a decent pay check and missed the incorrect word. I think the way we are graded is beneath MTs. Just pay a fair wage. Screw up too much, then fire people. Quit docking our pay.
