I have been getting A LOT of "canned phrases" in the output that the dictator NEVER SAID. He dictated "No family history of migraine." NOT "No family history of migraine, coronary artery disease, hypertension, cancers." !!!!!
ASR is leaving out a LOT of dictation today too.
Can they make my life any harder with their subpar IT Department's work??
Discovered a few more instances where it appeared what I edited reverted back to what ASR output. I don't have time to do more than 1 proof of any document as I edit! I only noticed the apparent reversion when I glanced back up to check whether there was a left-right discrepancy going on.
