I was on PM for a year! Too many blanks, not meeting LPH, one thing after another. Finally terminated in July after 16 years and very happy without the constant stress, terrible foreign doctors, working on at least 20 hospitals daily, different formats, different doctors. I no longer have exploding headaches which is great in retrospect. On the same email I was scolded for too many blanks, I was also listed on at least four 100% documents. Go figure.
